Team Karate Centers has amazing programs for kids and adults of all ages. I received my black belt in the adult program. Over the years, I have accomplished things I would have never imagined ever doing. My confidence level has improved significantly and I have Sensei Fariborz and his fantastic staff to thank for that. They push us hard so we can become the best we can be. I always leave class drenched in sweat!
